In 2014, Amanda graduated cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law. Prior to law school, Amanda specialized in aiding for-profit and non-profit startups in developing policies and procedures, hiring employees and staff, working with organization senior staff and advising the Boards of Directors in the development of responsible growth plans and financial management practices. After serving as Senior Administrator at the Academy for Precision Learning in Seattle, Washington, for nearly four years, Amanda left organizational management to pursue a legal career.Amanda grew up in Nampa, Idaho, and lives in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood with her husband, John, their son, Kelan. Outside of the office and advocating for her clients, Amanda volunteers her time for several non-profits in the area, and enjoys spending time with her family taking walks around Ballard, attending Kelan’s baseball games, kayaking, gardening, and home improvement projects.
