As a Business Transformation Consultant at IBM, my job basically consists of understanding the customer's needs, transforming these needs into demands, defining the priority of each one, and actively working on the development and monitoring the performance of each one after implementation in production environments, performing requirements and risk analysis, relying on tools that can assist in designing the solution's logic for better visualization and understanding of the customer, bot development in Watson Assistant with the necessary variations for voice and/or text bots, and accurate analysis to identify improvement points and bugs that need to be fixed.

Intern at IBM Consulting (former GBS) working directly with the Delivery leader, supporting the supervision of projects, accounting analysis of each active contract and, mainly, supporting the management of all people within the BTS BU (at the time, CPT) . My main duties involved updating and analyzing each employee's career metrics to measure potential red flags, organize and execute engagement actions, relay communications and monitor employee achievements. My main work tool was Excel, at an intermediate level.

I worked as a young administrative apprentice in the area of ​​supplies and facilities, focusing mainly on the control of requests for company stamps and business cards at a national level, working on a recurring basis with spreadsheets and the SAP system, and also provisioning payments to suppliers making NF submissions. In addition, I was also responsible for working directly with the public at the reception of the company's headquarters, controlling access together with the security team and personally monitoring all visits to the board and the presidency.
