I have more than a decade of experience working for the U.S. government in national security, from operations and targeting to strategic planning. Through the various jobs I have held, I have coordinated and collaborated with nearly all departments and agencies of the U.S. intelligence community, foreign governments, and the private sector to execute both whole-of-government and whole-of-security solutions.In my current role as the Program Manager for the Domestic Security Alliance Council (DSAC) led by the FBI’s Office of Private Sector, I lead a team charged with posturing the FBI and DHS to effectively build and maintain partnerships with the private sector through various means of communication and information sharing.Previously, I was a Strategy and Planning Officer for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence where I developed interagency counterterrorism strategies on the Middle East and North Africa for the U.S. government. This included leading the strategy for the Middle East Strategic Alliance initiative to advance regional stability, security, and prosperity through enhanced multilateral cooperation under the Trump Administration.My professional background includes several years working in the field of counterterrorism, including at the height of Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) and Homegrown Violent Extremist cases in the United States, and other work focused in the regions of North Africa and the Middle East.
