Key responsibilities of the role included:• The ongoing development and improvement of digital content and website user experience . I worked closely with the digital agency to implement solutions conducive to realising company KPIs, including driving traffic, increased user engagement and increased conversion rate.• To ensure consistent ongoing development and delivery of engaging rich media content, including virtual tours, video, interactive maps and onsite widgets.• Analysis and optimisation of digital activity, including campaign evaluation in relation to sales data. I presented cohesive reports to provide teams with an understanding of successes and failures and recommendations on how to optimise future activity based on results. • Providing support to eight regional marketing teams to maximise digital media reach and general brand management online. • Training key users in content management of the website and Google Analytics best practice.• Overseeing the social media management, content creation and strategy for the company. • Coordinating agency management of SEM, utilising paid search, display and SEO. • Budgetary control of website development. • Developing and integrating a cohesive and long-term content marketing strategy.

My role focussed on the development and optimisation of digital marketing activity across the eight regional teams. This required a cohesive group-wide strategy incorporating content creation and best practice, adherence to brand tone, media selection and analysis.A full website rebuild was the primary project during my time in this role, and I was a key member of the small team responsible for producing the initial business case, sourcing a digital agency and working together through the development process to deliver within a challenging timeframe on budget.

Responsible for a broad range of marketing activities, with a focus on digital development. Covered day-to-day management of the website, analytics and social media platforms, and was involved with sourcing and working with a new web design agency and SEO consultant to implement changes and make ongoing improvements. The role also covered copywriting and proofreading, the delivery of both print and online advertising campaigns, assisting with internal and external events and the production of marketing materials, including magazines, brochures, briefing notes and e-newsletters.
