From my studio, I conjure novel ideas that haven't been made before and fashion them into reality. I create hand-soldered glass art, jewelry and stained glass panels that are inspired by Nature. For most of my pieces, I hand-cut the glass and solder using the Tiffany stained glass method. My favorite pieces incorporate natural and surprising elements, such as fern fronds, butterfly wings and nautilus shells.

I increase customer satisfaction and repeat business through relentless pursuit of problem resolution, protecting company reputation and loyal client base!

Assisted the Senior Buyer by entering purchase orders and receiving stock into inventory. Managed special order buying requests and sourced novel item requests.

While in this position at PFI, I became an armchair expert in Social Media, focusing on brand awareness, customer engagement and search engine optimization. I utilized many avenues to this end, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Wordpress and others. While in this position I increased PFI Western's social media presence exponentially!My technical writing skills and attention to detail combined served PFI well for website merchandising. As the main avenue for product to be displayed on the website, I played an essential role in increasing sales and customer comprehension essential for conversion.

As a Student Manager and Graduate Assistant, I was responsible for opening and closing the office and supervising daily work environments and special events. I trained newly hired employees and single-handedly developed and wrote a training and daily use manual for new ticketing software. I generated reports using the Microsoft Office Suite as well as our proprietary ticketing software. When interacting with patrons, I developed excellent interpersonal skills as wells as conflict resolution skills.
