Chemical Engineer
Current•Work as a chemical engineer at a multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm that solves one of a kind technical problems and provides valuable solutions for our clients•Develop piping inspection programs for power plants; inspect in-scope components; compile, track, and analyze inspection results•Facilitate start-up and commissioning activities including acceptance testing for energy storage projects•Provide Owner's Engineering services •Generate transient analyses of thermal hydraulic models related to waterhammer incidents, pressure spikes, steam system startups, and heat exchanger efficiency•Produce new combustion piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for gas lines, specify components required, and evaluate cost•Assist in license renewal processes and develop aging management program guidance•Determine the availability and capacity of overall processes and individual process equipment; identify components that require increased maintenance; provide recommendations to improve efficiency and reliability•Perform audits on quality assurance procedures
