My projects rely on capital contributions and incentives, loan proceeds, or cash reserve accounts as finite financial constraints. As a result, I am keenly aware of my duty to ensure accurate estimates and budget development, accounting and change management through the project, and final reconciliation of actual costs. My teams depend on my good judgment and know-how to promptly identify risks and opportunities, work through solutions, and continuously deliver projects on time and within budget. I am also an advocate for bringing process improvements and automation to the Project Management Office (PMO). I develop standard templates and train my colleagues on software to enhance the flow of accurate information and increase ability to track and report important data. I develop and promote procedures that allow for better data management across departments and best practices for audit capability and regulatory compliance.
