Manager on HCA Physician Recruitment's Training Program Outreach team. Currently a PRN manager over special projects. Previously served both as Manager for HCA's "Earn While You Learn" Stipend Program and a Manager for HCA's "Business Side of Medicine" educational seminar series for physician training programs in the South/Southeast, Midwest, and Upper Midwest.Prior to my roles with Training Program Outreach, I worked in specialty physician recruitment with primary focus on connecting Neurosurgeons, Neurologists, and Family Medicine physicians to their ideal practice opportunity in any of HCA's 160+ hospital communities. I also have recruitment experience across other physician specialties. These opportunities included both private practice and hospital employed settings.I am interested in organizational development, event planning and coordination, project management, and training design and delivery. I completed my BS in Human and Organizational Development and Economics at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and completed my MBA at Tennessee Tech in Cookeville, TN.
