I started out as a Booking agent with Sprinter Rentals. As a booking agent my duties involved answering multiple phone calls, entering client information into the rental car software called RCM, reaching out to clients to make new reservations and giving new potential clients new quotations for possible reservations. My accomplishments during this beggining stage of my career with Sprinter Rentals was making connections with clients and turning them into long term loyal customers. Once I felt I needed something more challenging I took on another task to add to my daily work of logistics. My position then included assisting with making schedules for all of our self contracted drivers to do there daily task with making our Fleet nationwide ready for new reservations booked and scheduling all vehicle maintenance and repairs needed. Again over time I felt the need to move forward with wanting to do more in my job. Therefore I advanced to become a Fleet Manager and Insurance Claim Specialist / Problem Solver. My duties with this position includes adding to and over looking the schedules for our self contracted drivers, making sure the Maintenance and repairs are all scheduled and or schedule them. Handle the payments for the repairs that are associated with clients insurance due to damage taking place during there reservation. Also answering all question from our customers with problems on the road during there reservation. I handle any complaints that come in from any clients that have had bad experiences during there reservation and help with resolutions to help turn there experience around to a positive one. While handling the insurance claims I have retrieved costs in damages to our fleet in the amount of $279,190.41. If I had not taken on this position the company would have had no one in charge to make sure we were payed back for the cost of others damages to our vehicles.

I enjoyed every minute of my time working at Amy's Hallmark. Due to my Husbands work in the United States Navy we had to relocate and I had to cut my time short with Amy's Hallmark. I enjoyed helping every customer that came in to the store find the right card or the right gift for who ever they were buying for. I loved engaging in conversation with the customer to get to know a little more about them every time they visited our store. I also enjoyed checking the customer out at the register and answering the phones ensuring there experience with us was the best.

I enjoyed using my cosmetology skills in cutting ,coloring, perming, waxing and styling hair. I became pregnant in December 2010 with my 2nd child and had a high risk pregnancy and decided to stay home while pregnant and raising my 1st child. I then decided to continue being a stay at home mom until my children became school aged.

I enjoyed my experience working hard to ensure all customers found what they came to the store looking for. I loved learning all the new products we received and displaying them in fun and exciting ways to draw in the eyes of the customer. I also gained the experience in supervising the cashiers during the holiday rush time period. My Job was to make sure the lines ran smoothly and customers found everything they needed and left stress free and Happy during the crazy holiday shopping time.

My time at Hot Shots Java was an experience of a lifetime. I helped open this family owned coffee store and gained experience of how a new business runs. I made and served coffee and other beverages. I also served food to the customers. The position at a busy coffee house helped me learn the skills of multi tasking in a fast passed environment.

This was my first barista position that taught me how to make espresso beverages and other beverages. I worked in a very fast passed coffee house during all hours of operation. I opened and closed the store and made sure I kept the coffee house clean and ready to serve the customers at all times.
