Change is a part of our everyday lives. Change can be traumatic and overwhelming at times and our bodies respond to this by providing us with flight/fight hormones in order to cope. But where do these hormones go when the event has passed ?TRE (trauma release exercises) is a natural, safe and effective way for people who prefer not to use pharmaceuticals to release the effects of trauma (including fight/flight residue, emotional response) from the body. TRE is a tool that you can use for the rest of your life with ease to remain in a state of calm, peace and joy. Who wouldn't want that ?Another result of traumatic or overwhelming events are those "messages" that our inner critic loves to bang on about on a regular basis - you're not good enough, you can't do that, you are worthless. To be free from these limiting beliefs, QEC (quantum energy coaching) provides a way of re-programming the sub-conscious mind and replace these beliefs with positive beliefs so that you can be free to be the awesome person you are. I am excited to be able to offer TRE and QEC to anyone (from the age of 7 upwards) who wants to be free from the effects of trauma forever.
