I was responsible for raising awareness of the Omni Channel Project throughout the Clicks Group. I worked with the Business and Process Analyst to understand the change that was required. I engaged with various stakeholder groups to ensure that their needs were included in the solution.

As a Change Management Specialist I define and implement the change management strategies required on this project. The scale of the City of Cape Town project is over 450 users situated across the peninsula. I focus on the people side of change – ensuring that people are taken along a journey of change so that when the new processes, new systems and technology are implemented, they have been involved and aware, ready and able to accept the change into their day-to-day way of working. Change is a personal choice. As such, my primary focus is provide information and opportunities to people so that they can make an informed choice to change. My change management plans are centred around the needs of the various stakeholders from leadership to managers and end users. I work towards allowing people to be heard throughout the process that allows them to make a smoother transition, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency so that better business results are achieved. Facilitated Change & Transformation in the corporate supply chain, particularly in the International Business Division (with offices across Africa) and the Lubricants Division. My focus in IBD : - Managed the implementation of operational training material via e-learning to enable Depot operational staff in African countries to do on the job training.- Provided an online platform for the Supply Chain team so that they could raise the visibility of their work as well as enable the sharing of information across departments and countries- Implemented new ways of working that would streamline cumbersome business processes My focus in Lubricants : - Provide a "project based view" of the work being done in the division through initiating a simple project process as well as management reporting- Provided an online platform for the Supply Chain team so that they could raise the visibility of their work as well as enable the sharing of information across departments My focus in Corporate Supply Chain :- Managed and implemented a simple online Supply Chain Cost Model that is used by key stakeholders across the business- Facilitated a Supply Chain Forum that allowed staff members from across the business, interested in Supply Chain to learn and share information internally as well as get exposure to external Supply Chain trends- Provided and managed an online platform to raise the visibility of corporate supply chain as well as enable the sharing of information across departments

I was involved in the e-publishing department and required to implement various initiatives from an electronic publishing perspective as well as introduce project management principles to the team.

I was required to analyse the requirements for the Buying Groups for Pick 'n Pay and liaise with the technical teams during the development and testing phases.

Was part of a team of Project Managers who managed different technical and development initiatives undertaken by the technical team being implemented locally and internationally.

Provided support to projects as required (e.g. by being a resource on the project, providing consulting services or faciliation towards high performing teams, getting projects back on track). Trained over 200 Project Managers in the Woolworths project management framework.

Involved in the implementation of SAP R/3 (Financials and Human Resources). I was required to provide learning and development opportunities for staff affected by the change.

I was required to provide client training solutions as well as client support for the development banking solution developed by Independent Software. I also provided liaison services between the clients and the development team prior and post implementation.
