Beyond workforce management, we are taking proactive, trauma-informed steps to create a culture of psychological safety, reducing burnout, vicarious trauma, and stress. We celebrate a 95% Indigenous Workforce and this process is also aligned with reconnection to culture.In addition to supporting our staff, I am contributing to the evolution of industry standards in Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD), and Domestic Family Violence (DFV).
