Using my creative problem solving skills, I have honed my technique to manage and implement strategic marketing campaigns to generate leads and ultimately close deals. I have a vast knowledge of the process from the very beginning of gathering data and demographics, creating aerials and maps, and designing marketing brochures, to the latter stages of sharing the content on social media as well as targeted email campaigns to get the right listings in front of the right investor or broker.I have years of knowledge and experience in Adobe design products, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Adobe Acrobat Pro, Lojic, Site To Do Business, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, WordPress and many other products and services round out my total understanding of marketing listings.I fell in love with photography when I was new to marketing and decided to snap photos as a side business. After a few years of that, I decided to end that business venture in order to focus more on marketing as a whole. I am versed in both Canon and Nikon DSLR cameras and have photographed numerous commercial real estate properties over the years.
