I am an experienced HR professional having split my career between generalist and specialist roles in the public and private sector. Experiences in both areas have given me the ability to see every situation from both the perspective of employees and also the HR function to find the best outcome for the organization.Throughout my career I have touched almost every aspect of HR, from people strategy to business change execution (design, effectiveness, merger, divestment, outsourcing), to industrial and labour relations, and talent to end-to-end process execution.
