• Assuming this position with new responsibilities for contracting strategic consultants, events, marketing campaigns, coaching for HR, and supporting the Health Insurance team (SulAmerica Saude S.A) buying medicine and health consultants. And also, I started new projects with IT teams, dealing with Telecoms contracts, services for information security and negociating with Credit Bureau suppliers;• Created and coordinated the new structure of the Procurement Department;• Requisition management and issuance of purchase orders within service level agreement timelines;• Process of selecting and identifying new suppliers;• Establishing payment terms and trade negociations;• Contract negociation in collaboration with legal department;• Support the financial team to resolve invoice issues for on time payments for suppliers;• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies across the company;• Constantly on the lookout for cost efficiency in day-to-day operations;• Creation and presentation of graphs with the final results;• Daily contact with suppliers.
