• Provide desktop support to 70 computer users in a fast-paced, communication-intensive landscape architectural firm• Respond to help desk tickets via phone, remote connection, and face-to-face interaction• Help users resolve problems by teaching how to use software, troubleshooting and replacing hardware, and evaluating network functionality• Manage six servers for day-to-day optimum performance; perform routine maintenance and upgrade on servers• Perform daily and monthly backups of all critical systems; work on long-term projects to deliver highest quality technical service and computing environment.
