As an Oncology Medication Assistance Program (MAP) Coordinator, I collaborated across the Yale New Haven Health System to enroll patients in manufacturer and foundation-funded medication assistance programs. This significantly reduces patient debt and hospital write-off, while increasing patient adherence and physician's ability to use preferred therapeutic regimens.

-Onboard new patients utilizing Epic, Therigy, and QS/1-Process new prescriptions for oral oncology and Hepatitis C medications-Compose and submit prior authorizations-Identify appropriate clinical studies and draft appeals-Communicate with patients via phone on a monthly basis to schedule delivery or pick up of their medication(s)
