-Modeling and analysis of the main economic indicators of the business such as Acquisition Cost and Payback- Construction of Sales Forecast for Demand Planning purposes- Analysis and case studies of business impacts, for the purpose of decision-making by Leadership, using cohort models

- Performance in sales intelligence area, supporting all sales channels, business insights through data- Dataset structuring, from data extraction, analysis and visualization, using SQL and Tableau- Process automation using Python- Process mapping, creating projects to optimize and/or identify improvements- Structuring metrics and creating KPIs such as payback, CAC and others

- Data Analysis and monitoring and KPIs;- Preparation of presentations for results in management level with high costs involved; - Creation, implementation and control of projects to reduce costs and increase CX, using DMAIC methodology with integrations between support areas, Call Center and Engineering; - Creation of dashboard improvements in PowerBI and Qlik Sense;- Management of contracts and payments to suppliers;- Insights and support for process improvement projects in the Services area
