As a sales associate, I help customers find the footwear they need, from daily use to special events. During my employment at DSW, I have also been Freight Team lead, as well as assisting in new employee training.

As a Resident Assistant in GB dorm at Piedmont College, I was the primary contact point for residents with dorm issues-from roommate conflict to maintenance requests to occasional couples counseling, I did whatever my residents needed to make their college living experience as successful and comfortable as possible.I was also Team Lead over the Student Desk workers where I coordinated shifts to ensure there was always a Desk worker to greet and keep track of visitors during the dorm visitation hours. I would work 3 shifts a week as a desk worker as well, ensuring that all guests were greeted, signed in by a resident, and had left the building at the end of visitation hours.
