Managing strategic partnerships for voice use cases in healthcare for Amazon's new Alexa Health Team.

Led BTG's (acquired by Boston Scientific) global digital innovation portfolio, from experimental pilots to fully commercialized partnerships. My objective is to source emerging solutions from the global health innovation ecosystem to both support our interventional medicine and oncology businesses, but also move "beyond the pill" to offer wraparound services for provider, patient, and payer. I'm also working on a project I'm really passionate about to incorporate the patient's biopsychosocial reality into the cancer care journey.

Led strategy to enable self-insured employers to source, implement, and measure the impact of digital health solutions which keep employees healthier and more productive.Designed product strategy for current program offerings and external partnerships to drive innovation in population health, engagement, and digital health.Responsible for driving revenue diversification through new product partnerships and distribution opportunities.

Program leader for purchaser coalition representing 60 members, who collectively provide self-funded health coverage to over 10 million employees and dependents at an annual cost of $12 billion.• Lead strategy development and implementation of health 2.0 strategies to benefit PBGH's employer members, including assessment of innovative solutions to health care cost issues and identification of partnership opportunities in the Health 2.0 space.• Designed and led experiential analysis of health plans’ online healthcare shopping services from consumer perspective; work profiled in Modern Healthcare and other publications. • Lead large-scale system re-engineering program to improve the quality and availability of health care while moderating costs; direct strategic planning for innovative models of improving health system effectiveness. • Manage development and deployment of statewide orthopedic joint replacement registry, described as “the first sizable database with patient outcomes of its kind” by American Institutes for Evaluation.

• Advised clients on health information technology readiness, adoption, and strategies to move health care delivery and policy forward in an interoperable, informative and consumer-centric direction.• For the California Health & Human Services Agency, drafted Strategic Plan for Statewide Health Information Exchange Services for submission to the Office of the National Coordinator, resulting in a $40 million grant to the state of California.• For the California Association of Public Hospitals and Health Systems, conduct a multi-hospital gap assessment for meaningful use of health information technology; analyze results, and provide strategy and tactics to achieve federal and state incentives.

Program Director for High Performance Medicine Team III: Uniform High Quality.• Led team of five project managers to drive system-wide quality improvement across a diverse portfolio spanning the care spectrum for Partners Healthcare, parent company of Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital.• Led development of first-ever public website displaying Partners performance on quality, safety, and efficiency (www.partners.org/quality), winning the 2008 eHealthcare Leadership Award for Best Subsite and a 2008 Partners in Excellence Team Award.

Manager of Pay for Performance program in high cost imaging utilization management; designed new model for P4P contracting negotiation; responsible for achievement of network goals in pay for performance. Also managed rapid cycle process improvement for imaging operations.
