Optimizing the centre’s performance to ensure: Details of forthcoming retailer activities (store openings, moves, closures) are captured, prioritized and featured on the centre’s digital channels; Oversee the delivery and execution of the National Gift Card programs and campaigns; Boosting revenue and using insight from past activities when contributing in the design of future strategies and partnerships;Owning the full execution of the property’s marketing activities:Delivering marketing programs & working with property operations team to implement campaign elements throughout the shopping centre; Re-shifting the brand’s position in the minds of shoppers, retailers, and community leaders by:Maintaining positive and strong working relationships with store managers and employees;Building relationships with key regional tourism and hospitality trade partners, community leaders and organizations, supporting key community initiatives, and acting as the primary contact for all donation and community booth requests at the property;Capturing digital content to be featured on the centre’s website and social media channels;

Create, design and optimize marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, reports, presentations as well as curate innovative and timely content for all website and social media communications for all divisions of Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson. Develop and coordinate the distribution of marketing material via mail, email and social media sites. Plan and execute in-house and client events.
