Responsible for accounts payable and receivables, including making deposits and check writing, and credit card verifications for 7 stores. Process bi-weekly payroll reporting, verifying time cards, processing new hire paperwork including deductions, direct deposit and garnishments. Maintain employee records including Paid Time Off schedules and balances, disciplinary forms, W-4, I-9 & Direct Deposit forms. Mail out W-2’s, handle Human Resources complaints and terminations as well as pay raises, commissions and end of year bonuses. Reconcile all bank, cash drawers, and credit card accounts. Produce financial statements including Profit and Loss by store and Balance Sheets . File and pay monthly sales tax for each store.
