As a passionate and dedicated professional with nearly 8 years of experience in higher education, I derive a great deal of satisfaction in guiding students towards realizing their dreams. I appreciate the diversity of paths students take in their educational pursuits, understanding that each journey is unique. Over my tenure in higher education, I've had the privilege of assisting hundreds of students, offering individual case management and comprehensive support services from enrollment through graduation. With a focus on retention, I designed and implemented a communication plan to build connections with students and to keep them informed of important dates and opportunities throughout the semester. I also designed various student guides to take the guesswork out of navigating the complexities of higher education. Among my most treasured accomplishments are being recognized with the prestigious and student-nominated Employee of the Month Award, and receiving the esteemed President’s Meritorious Service Award.
