Reported to the Executive Director as part of a team that worked alongside the President, clergy, various committees, and the Board of Trustees to raise capital for a non-profit 501c3, 755 family Synagogue. I created, coordinated, implemented and tracked all Development events and fundraising activities while providing guidance and direct assistance to other special fundraising projects of the Synagogue; endowment funds, special and restricted gift fundraising and planned giving. I also provided support for and researched possible grants, acted as liaison to Development and Membership Committees and arranged and coordinated all meetings. Responded to all current and prospective members with regard to Temple membership issues, inquiries, and life cycle events while promoting Temple membership and involvement.

Advisor to NFTY based Junior and Senior Youth Groups. Plan and execute monthly programming, identify educational and social opportunities for youth, and promote social justice/ awareness campaigns.

Instructed Second Grade curriculum in both Judaic and Hebrew studies. Created and implemented lesson plans designed to deliver individualized instruction and distribute classroom time equally to meet the needs of all types of learning; Cognitive, Affective, and Psychomotor.

Create and implement an exclusive curriculum incorporating Text Study and Theatrical Improvisation, Theology and Biblical Law for Eighth and Ninth Grade students.

Reported to the Marketing Director, where I assisted with marketing plans, media buying, promotional support and communications. I managed our team of interns and part-time event staff while coordinating and assisting with on/off site PR events and media. I was responsible for overseeing Group Sales to our over 2,000+ group leaders including the set up of promotions, ticket sales and discount builds with Ticketmaster. Initiated online marketing programs, monitored and updated all social networking account campaigns and promotions. I also worked with local community groups, scout leaders and their respective regional management, retail partners and our event promoters to develop grassroots initiatives and cross-promotional opportunities.

Assisted the company President, Sales Representatives, Account Coordinators and staff by completing such responsibilities as conducting industry related research, creating sales and marketing presentations and processing artwork / orders to prepare for vendors. I worked closely with our salespersons on leads while developing specific communication tactics. I also acted as a "floater", for which I was thoroughly trained to handle several different positions within the company; to be utilized either in a co-worker's absence or as additional support.

My responsibilities at this job were to provide information to guests and answer visitors' inquiries. Utilizing my knowledge of local and city venues, I coordinated requests for special arrangements of services. I supported event management and our General Manager by completing additional marketing duties such as designing signage, correspondence, weekly GRC reports, forecasting and Market Vision reports in Delphi. I utilized Opera for posting charges, checking in/out of guests and various administrative Front Office duties.
