I provided business consulting expertise (SME) and people management to 100+ consultants. I managed a wide variety of people and process change projects. 1 notable project being the leadership of a workstream on a tri-departmental, 5 year, £500m government programme to establish national capability, from disparate elements within 3 culturally diverse government departments. An essential skill required in any Change project, is the ability to encourage innovation. With accountability for the development of the entire conceptual solution design, overseeing 3rd party Consultants and Solution Providers, I co-ordinated adequate business input into programme output.
