My role was managing a diverse set of projects at EIT Climate-KIC Lativa HUB (operates under RTU Science & Innovation Center), such as:• Managing climate-positive start-up support program - accelerator, leading international consortium (project Baltics & SlovakiaClimAccelerator)• Managing collaboration with municipalities and industry representatives to organize projects involving society and developinnovative solutions towards NetZero goals (e.g. project hackathon ''Climathon'', topic 2022: ''climate neutral cities until 2030'')• Working with stakeholders to boost the innovation ecosystem in Latvia, organizing start-up support events• Content creation and organizing workshops on sustainability and circular economy topics• Working with regional partners to develop awareness and capacity to encourage industrial symbiosis practices• Developing innovation capacity building program (accelerator) for new teams tackling industrial symbiosis and circulareconomy challenges• Creating content and training for start-ups and company representatives on topics: industrial symbiosis, sustainability,circularity, circular business models and design, etc.• Event management and coordination
