One Family, One Meal is a business I started to help you menu plan, shop for, and cook for a family of four for $200 a week. On my website, you can select from over 200 family friendly recipes, create your own personalized shopping lists, and learn how to cook meals your entire family will eat. My first cookbook for One Family One Meal will be published by Cooking Light in September of 2012.

I have tested and developed recipes or have written over a dozen cookbooks. Notable projects: Recipe testing for A16 and SPQR cookbooks and writing for Todd English's Cooking in Everyday English.

Since attending culinary school, I have worked in the Williams-Sonoma test kitchen, tested recipes for six of their cookbooks, and co-authored the book Williams-Sonoma Roasting, revised edition, in 2009. In addition, I have written and cooked in over 40 culinary videos for their website.
