My passion is to create value and opportunities in the real estate industry, leveraging my hospitality and business background. I would like to enter the field of hotel investment, development and management. I am pursuing a BS in Business Administration at North Carolina State University, with a concentration in Finance. I have also completed a certificate in Accounting and Finance Core from Wake Technical Community College.I have been working as a part of the Front Desk Team at Marriott Hotels and Aimbridge Hospitality for over a year, and more recently Concord Hospitality, taking a role as an agent and supervisor and delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. I handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, payments, and requests, using various software systems and tools. I also assist with front desk operations, such as inventory management, staff training, and problem-solving. I have demonstrated leadership by coordinating front desk activities, overseeing and resolving guest issues, and conducting regular audits. I am proficient in using Marriott's central reservation system, MARSHA, and FSPMS, a property management system.
