Our department works directly with enterprise marketing departments and across all enterprise sites of services to identify opportunities to leverage positive sentiment for use in marketing materials both on and offline. I worked with IS Mobility to create a Reputation iPad process/policy enabling the facility reputation champions to efficiently capture new reviews in a technologically secure manner. With this update, reputation champions are able to reduce the time they spend capturing reviews while increasing the viability of the reviews. Working with the Security team, we set up a secure way to manage Reputation.com user accounts utilizing the internal security master program and approval process.
