Our department works directly with enterprise marketing departments and across all enterprise sites of services to identify opportunities to leverage positive sentiment for use in marketing materials both on and offline. I worked with IS Mobility to create a Reputation iPad process/policy enabling the facility reputation champions to efficiently capture new reviews in a technologically secure manner. With this update, reputation champions are able to reduce the time they spend capturing reviews while increasing the viability of the reviews. Working with the Security team, we set up a secure way to manage Reputation.com user accounts utilizing the internal security master program and approval process. My duties and responsibilities include: *Implementation and training about online reputation, reviews, and use of the reputation-monitoring program *Increased rate of review capture by more than 45% enterprise wide without increasing negative review percentage*Day-to-day maintenance of the reputation-monitoring program and user access *Manage the review response and investigatory team *Increased rate of review response by up to 500%*Development of regular communications to users regarding system updates, best practices, and frequently asked questions*Provide innovative reporting on reputation data to appropriate field and line of business leadership, sales teams, enterprise finance teams, and enterprise risk teams*In conjunction with a third-party vendor, ensure that 880+ business listings are accurate and optimized -
