• Manage post-payment recovery vendors for Molina Healthcare, Inc. for 13 health plans including new implementations, expansions and ongoing operations. • Ensure the recovery vendors are equipped to perform subrogation, fraud, waste and abuse, cost avoidance, coordination of benefits, credit balance, data mining and code editing, DRG, HBA, and ER-up coding audits and recoveries in the most efficient manner while minimizing provider abrasion.• Initiate change initiatives to improve efficiencies and execute on business commitments.

• Developed Life Center’s community outreach volunteer program by building relationships and collaborating with local non-profits and ministries in the greater Spokane community (increased partnerships from four to over thirty).• Grew Life Center’s community volunteerism from 195 to 1,081 (an increase of 554%).• Developed global relationships with ministries in various countries and co-led international mission trips to Ethiopia, Kenya, and Mexico.
