Inventory management and demanding forecast - Daily and Weekly inventory status check and analyze based on the database of products movements.- Have a monthly inventory dashboard meeting with on/off sales teams and marketing team in order to catch up the current market trends and hear the sales event plans and with these information send the demanding forecast to HQ and order placing - Always consider the optimal inventory level in order to save the operation cost. Order Management - Tracking our order status in the system and corresponding with HQ SCM if necessary - After product on board, check the vessel`s itinerary on the forwarder`s website. - Consult with the customs agent for classifying HS CODE and Tariff for import goods and customs clearance handling with proper document such as Bill of lading, Commercial invoice, Packing List, FTA and Certificate of origin. - Make a strategy in order to reduce the import tariff and request the documents to HQ if necessary - End of month, collect all invoices for imported goods and send to Finance team for monthly closing. 3 PL warehouse management - Manage 3PL warehouse such as bonded warehouse and general warehouse- Manage the inventory throughout WMS- Negotiate with 3PL warehouse for the good rate and make a contract yearly base. - Make a strategy to reducing the inbound /outbound logistics cost. People management - Manage Key Performance Indicator of team members ( 6 peoples) as a manager- Check up the working process of each member for smooth operation and share the information with weekly meeting. HQ corresponding- Daily communicate with HQ SCM via Sky calling or chatting - Have a Bi-weekly conference call with SCM director and report SCM issue of SCM - Have a Monthly business review with HQ CEO

Sales & purchase order arrangement and Logistics Coordination for delivery of Commodity;- As per instruction from the trading dept, arrange purchase and/or sale orders of petrochemical commodities- Consult with the supplier and the end user to determine the loading timing based on their inventory level in the shore tank. - Specialized in Chemical Bulk Vessels and Gas Carriers suitable for petrochemical cargoes, contact and check the ship owners and brokers to be aware of current shipping market trends and charter well-accomplished vessels based on TC, COA, CVC and spot bases with the negotiation of charter party clauses including freight and shipment. - Check the vessel’s particular such as Q88 and Form C to check whether it is suitable for product’s safe delivery and berth restriction before chartering. - Seek for the alternative once shortage of raw material caused by vessel delay. - Inspect the specification of raw material and quantity to ensure in conformity with the contract and to verify the origins of cargo contamination and shortage issue and also calculate the time sheet for demurrage issue. - Correspond with HQ offices in Singapore and United States for deep sea cargo toward North and South America. Handling all necessary documentations and emails in English; - Issue bill of lading, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, packing list for custom clearance. - Issue and review all documents in English related to the business such as Purchase/Sales contracts based on INCOTRMS, vessel charter party, cargo insurance, shore tank rental contracts and so on.- Internally communicate with oversea offices including head quarters in USA and Singapore via Email in English to report and record the working procedure. - Contact with the bank (BNP Paribas) to manage the financial credit line and handle the irrevocable letter of credit for payment.
