At Reclaim Therapy I provide individual and couples therapy to Illinois and Colorado residents via telehealth.My goal is to provide a safe relationship where clients can face their difficulties in order to restore their connection to themselves and those they care about most. I work with individuals around pregnancy/postpartum, trauma (past abuse, dangerous childhoods, sexual assault, witnessing violence, and more), grief/loss, miscarriage/infertility, anxiety, relationship patterns and identity. I also help couples who have a respectful, loving relationship but are feeling stuck or are going through a difficult circumstance/transition.I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and am here to help moms, dads and couples as they navigate the transition to parenthood. I founded this group to build a community of MFTs in which members could receive peer feedback, learn from each other, and navigate the MFT career path together. This group is open to AMFTs, LMFTs, and those in between licenses. The group lives on, though I have stepped down from leadership.

Relationship Reality 312 exists to equip singles and couples with the tools to create and sustain healthy, satisfying and passionate relationships. As an Associate Therapist I provided therapy for couples, individuals, and families.

Communities in Schools is a dropout prevention program that connects Chicago Public Schools to local professionals who can provide much needed services. As a Volunteer Therapist, I worked with middle school students who were in need of extra support.

Mawi Learning provides a suite of tools and services that have been used by over 1,000,000 students worldwide to improve student success through leadership and character training. While there I coordinated the planning and execution of the annual conference, facilitated and served as head author on an online SEL course for ELL students, and coordinated additional curriculum and marketing projects. *Please note: I worked as an independent contractor here for a total of 28 months spread out over 4 years.

While in my graduate program at Adler, I served as a Graduate Assistant to one of the core faculty in the Couple and Family Therapy department. I received mentoring from her, assisted with class preparation, and guest lectured in a theory class.

Samaritan Counseling Center provides counseling services that recognize the connection between mind and spirit. The spirituality of clients is respected and integrated into therapy at the degree to which the client desires. As a Couple and Family Therapist Intern, I engaged in therapy with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

World Relief works around the world to empower the Church to serve the most vulnerable. Those in the DuPage office work to provide immigration services and refugee resettlement in Wheaton and the surrounding area. As the New Arrivals Volunteer Coordinator, I coordinated volunteers to provide for the immediate needs of newly arriving refugees. I was also the lead event planner for internal social events, and co-chaired the Silent Auction portion of our Annual Benefit.
