My passion for dentistry begins with my strong desire for growth. Using my experience in strategic leadership and implementation, I recognized the need for a Director of Hygiene Operations role at Ume Dental Growth. I like to create my own path, so after speaking with the CEO, I proposed and developed the Director of Dental Hygiene position and was subsequently hired for the role. In addition to my hygiene director responsibilities, I regularly host webinars and facilitate monthly continuing education courses. I excel in business development, recruiting, developing strategic partnerships, networking, and sourcing-closing deals.
