Asia Pacific Portfolio consists of Human Capital (Health, Talent and Wealth Solutions), Risk Capital (Reinsurance Solutions and Commercial Risk Solutions – including retail and specialty broking) and Growth and Delivery Aon United. This is over 85% of the workforce and revenue in the region.As a member of the Executive Leadership teams for the Asia Pacific Solution Lines, my key stakeholders are Regional CEOs and their Executive Leadership team. Took on the exciting opportunity internally implementing Workday for 11 Asian countries and the leadership role for the HR Service Delivery (operations) teams in Asia Region. The team consists of 35 HR Generalists providing end to end HR business and operational partnership to over 3,500 employees.Key achievement in this role so far:• Implementation of Workday for 11 Asian countries to drive HR transformation, which included collaboration with Global team on Asia specification gatherings, change management and communication planning & execution • Setting up HR Global Operations model for the region to enable centralised workforce administration activities and data governance processes. This includes moving activities such as documentation issuance, tracking of key activities and streamlining of turnaround time to the team and allowing local HR team to focus on key talent activities• Streamlined various policies and wellbeing benefits to have standardisation across the region. Had the opportunity of the lifetime to be seconded to Singapore in 2014 to take on HR Business Partner role for Aon Reinsurance Solutions Asia Pacific. Subsequently relocated to continue the role with added portfolio as the HRBP for Aon Center for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA), Singapore. Total portfolio for the two businesses was over 550 colleagues spread across 13 countries, which meant I had to apply influencing and strong stakeholder management skills with the diverse leadership teams and colleague population. During the period, I had established productive relationship with Global HR Leadership team to align on overall strategic direction for the firm.Key achievements• Partnership with Executive Leadership team on key and complex organisational restructuring to drive business alignment to drive strategic growth initiatives• Successfully implemented various colleague centric initiatives as result of Employee Engagement Survey results with Senior Executive Sponsorship & active involvement• Benchmarking exercise to streamline job levels and pay scale to align with Talent Acquisition and Retention strategy, particularly in the space of Data Analytics• Strong collaboration with the Talent Management team on amplifying Graduate and Internship programs for the businesses to fast track talent pipeline and Aon branding with young talents
