Hello! I'm Amanda, and I am a UX Researcher who brings extensive experience studying human behavior to my role. I am well-versed in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including conducting user interviews, panel studies, diary studies, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, surveys, contextual inquiries, tree tests, and card sorts. My passion lies in ethnographic research, allowing me to observe human behavior in natural settings and use these insights to shape designs that meet user needs and expectations seamlessly.I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. My academic foundation, combined with practical expertise, enables me to enhance user experiences effectively. Drawing from my background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, I am a strong advocate for accessibility in design.
