My job duties in this position require me to answer the phone for potential clients and screen them to see if they qualify for services. If they qualify for services I am then to put their information into Legal Server to be forwarded to the local office that services their county for final determination as to eligibility. South Carolina Legal Services is a non-profit organization that provides free civil legal services to low income and elderly citizens of the State of South Carolina. My position requires me to have excellent customer service skills and a vast amount of knowledge of the civil cases that we handle.

I started working at Wal-Mart as a Deli/Bakery Associate. My responsibilities were to maintain freshness standards according to Corporate and Local Health Department standards. I was also responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies as well as maintaining clean and stocked shelves. I was promoted to Deli/Bakery Academy Trainer in March of 2019. While I was in that position I had the same responsibilities along with the task of maintaining total store. My position required me to manage a team ranging from 8 to 30 people depending on what other members of management were in the building and making sure that the store ran as it should while I was the Manager on Duty.
