For over a decade Amanda held senior leadership roles across a range of sectors - delivering improved performance through strategy development, leadership effectiveness, operational efficiency, change management and financial performance.Ten years ago, she started her own business - working with small business owners to large corporates to deliver positive change in the way they lead and deliver results. Amanda believes that there is huge untapped potential in all of us, and that we have the ability to achieve, feel or experience far more than we initially believe is possible. As a keen sportswoman with triathlons, Ironman, Coast-to-Coast and 24-hour multi-sport races under her belt, Amanda loves to challenge herself and others.
