A long term consulting assignment, the Transformation program was responsible for implementing a managed services blueprint to achieve efficiencies of a global delivery model. As Stream Lead, People this role project managed all aspects of the people and culture change required to relocate a real time, 24x7 managed services environment from Sydney to New Delhi.

A dedicated HR Business Partner with a strong focus and improvement on employee engagement. The transition to Change Manager for the Accelerated Customer Excellence (ACE) project focused on cost reduction and efficiency targets using Lean methodology across the organisation. This role ensured rigour, consistency and empathy throughout every intervention and delivered in excess of the stated objectives at its conclusion.

This role held responsibility for the implementation and integration of the national competency standards into all HR functions of the National Crime Squad.
