It’s about relationships, loss, grief, parenting, careers, body image, and so much more. Buried in their homes are piles of “shoulds” — noisy societal norms that have been ingrained in them and that have been dictating their decisions for way too long. Amanda has seen, first-hand, what can happen when people quit listening to the “shoulds” and start to hear their own inner voices.In this talk, you will be challenged to consider the ways in which you might be listening to the “shoulds.” You’ll be asked to put on your social earmuffs and STOP listening to what society says and START listening to the call inside of you, the one that’s been muffled by years of cultural conditioning.
