About Amanda Hahn

With a career in Recruiting that started in my teens – you could say I've had a passion for talent my whole life (or just about). I've had the opportunity to look through the talent acquisition lens from almost every angle – I started my career at a boutique agency and eventually moved to leadership roles in corporate recruiting working to define sourcing, branding, technology and other talent strategies and driving process that maximized ROI for global organizations such as ARAMARK, Razorfish, Kvaerner and others. After moving to The Newman Group to consult with other organizations to help them maximize their technology investments and guiding them in aligning talent analytics with their business strategy, I decided to use my years of experience buying and optimizing technology solutions and joined the ranks of the Strategy team at Taleo (acquired by Oracle) helping them bring the best product to market. My passion for recruiting and hiring took the wheel again and drove my decision to join the brilliantly talented team at HireVue as their Head of Product Marketing helping to revolutionize the hiring, now as their CMO we are redefining the space again, bringing the focus back to where it belongs - the humans what they are capable of.
