Led the Stripe Enablement organization, which is a team of engineers and program managers who build tools and programs that focus on how Stripes do work. We own surfaces that focus on the software development lifecycle and collaboration. Supported the distributed TPgM organization as function leader.

Head of the Tech Programs organization, which supported three functions: Fully-centralized Technical Program Management for Engineering, Product Operations Managers, and Tech Enablement.

Managed a team of Technical Program Managers in Release Engineering. We support several different platforms and all of their release coordination, from documenting release dates to working with all product teams to make sure all the necessary pieces are in place before sending our updates to the people that use our products.Led a very large cross-functional effort to drive mobile quality, landing team for Vancouver office, interfaced with mobile partners on release engineering workPlanned, scheduled, and organized the Android releases at Facebook. This included setting the dates for when we'd ship, communicating important milestones, helping prioritize engineering work, coordinating all of the cross-functional teams, working with QA, managing bugs and blockers and shipping the product.

Provided product teams with user feedback, bug reports, and suggested improvements to improve UEX. This included working across the organization to coordinate launches of new products, and working with QA to fully test upcoming products before launch.
