In my position as a Customer Coordinator I set libraries up within my territory with a digital platform called, hoopla Digital, to utilize within their libraries. My main goal was to help my libraries grow and transform their communities by offering a digital library service that offers more than any digital consumer good within the marketplace today. I frequently talk to my library customers before they are live with the hoopla service and after to ensure hoopla is meeting the library's expectations. I also offer any assistance my libraries need when challenged in regards to marketing/promotions, budgeting questions or concerns, content requests, and technical support/troubleshooting with the website or the app.Within my position, I use SAP, Salesforce, GoToMeetings/Microsoft Teams for my online meetings, Microsoft Office and Outlook. What is hoopla? hoopla is a digital service provided by a company called Midwest Tape. Midwest Tape has been in the library industry for over 30 years and has grown substantially as solely a library distributor. hoopla can be used on the web or with a Smartphone or tablet using the free digital app. All you need to have access to hoopla is an e-mail address and an eight-character password; it's free with a valid library card. hoopla offers over 1.4 million titles across many different formats. These formats include audiobooks, eBooks, comics, movies, music albums, television and more!
