I am located on the Northwest coast of Florida and have enjoyed the cultivating process of my career as a content management expert and Public Relations Specialist along with skills in photography, luxury art and real estate sales, graphic design, journalism, and event administration. I am a seasoned real estate agent and currently hold the position of Founder and Principal of the Amanda Kaiser Group which entails myself and other real estate advisors licensed in Florida and Alabama. (Compass 30A, Kaiser Sotheby’s, and LAH Sotheby’s International Realty.) We specialize in luxury properties and real estate investments along the Emerald and Alabama Gulf Coast and waterfront properties on Lake Martin in Alabama. I am very entrepreneurial-minded with many additional skills and experience in marketing and promoting businesses for success. For 6 years, I was happily working with Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty as a Global Real Estate Advisor working with buyers and sellers, deeply rooted along the Scenic Highway 30A corridor. My clients have purchased and sold in communities such as Alys Beach, WaterSound Beach, and WaterColor, FL. While with SSIR, I received the Extraordinary Agent Award and the Most Inspirational Agent Award. I have worked for an internationally known artist, Justin Gaffrey. He is the coveted area of 30A's signature acrylic and contemporary artist. My position as Art Director gave me great satisfaction in producing online communication, publication content, social media engagement, and original art representation for the Justin Gaffey Gallery in BlueMountain Beach. During my time at the Gallery, I sold over $600,000 annually in art and produced 92% of sales team members' sales. Since 2013, I have been the Owner and Operator of 30A Life Photography, specializing in family, lifestyle, and fashion photography. I recently added a photo booth service that enhances any large party or event. While living on Scenic 30A, I have also worked as the Lifestyle Coordinator for the WaterColor Community Association in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. My job duties are to assist in the communication and events for the WaterColor Community Association. My duties are not limited to, but include new website creation and implementation, online and offline content management, social media management, collateral and electronic communication such as newsletters, flyers, and posters; and weekly communication through email and other mediums to all homeowners and guests of WaterColor, FL.
