The aim of Employ Ability is to help support individuals of all abilities gain access to mainstream employment. The Supported Employment model is to (1) Get to know the client, their strengths and weaknesses; (2) Start searching for employment that matches the client’s abilities; (3) Job coach the client and help employers’ onsite.
