* Own the execution of driver marketing campaigns and newsletters.* Manage our social media accounts for Centerline Drivers – including Facebook and Twitter.* Maintain Centerline SharePoint pages to ensure all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.* Support Centerline Recruiting team with hiring event efforts.* Manage reputation management strategy by proactively engaging with current, active drivers to generate new reviews from third party platforms.* Coordinate with the content, design, and project management team to ensure the timely delivery of driver marketing assets, from communicating deliverables to supporting the recruitment team to providing instructions for use or promotion.* Assist Director of Marketing in partnering closely with Managing Director of Recruitment at Centerline to support business needs of the recruitment team to help recruit and retain drivers.* Assist Director of Marketing with brainstorming l outside-the-box ideas to create a unique driver experience for Centerline, including but not limited to: Centerline’s driver retention program, Respect the Drive, and adoption to the Centerline Mobile App. * Additional marketing support to PeopleManagement teams outside of Centerline where needed (10%).
