My focus is on data-driven, customized, experiential development that changes behaviors and skills to help employees at all levels be more effective in their roles. I have special expertise in leadership development and coaching, transformation of learning and organizational culture and programs, conflict resolution and communication, and business management. My career is oriented around developing managers and leaders because they are the leverage point that determines whether an organization stifles and struggles - or thrives and evolves. I have an MBA, a BA in Education, professional coach training, and extensive experience in workplace learning, business management and leadership development. I have served on the Board of Directors for the Association for Talent Development Puget Sound Chapter and held several other volunteer positions.
