Graduate Student Professional Development Program Coordinator
Current· Assist with planning and executing GradFUTURES' 200+ annual events. Duties include: coordination of catering, executing speaker agreements and honorariums, room bookings, floor plans, coordination of AV and facilities needs, decor, obtaining/distributing event materials, canvas course management, constructing and distributing event feedback surveys, and creating events and checking in students through university event management system.Event Highlights:- Annual GradFUTURES Forum- Annual Fellowship/Internship Fair- GradFUTURES co-curricular learning cohorts- Wintersession Bootcamps and Treks- FASPE Reunion Conference· Assist with marketing and communications for GradFUTURES, including managing the weekly newsletter, posting to social media channels, updating the GradFUTURES website, managing the GradFUTURES Campus Groups account, creating news stories, and using Canva for event flyers and program promotion· Manage GradFUTURES' finances, including assisting with the overall budget, paying vendors, managing cost shares, paying graduate students participating in fellowships, and using university Concur system to manage all purchases· Assist with scheduling and creating agendas for the campus-wide Professional Development Working Group· Assist with scheduling and creating agendas for the Ivy+ Professional Development Working Group· Event Content – OPS 48 – Media Central Team Lead for Princeton Research Day, an event that celebrates the research and creative endeavors of the campus-wide community. · Provide administrative support to the Senior Associate Dean for Professional Development
