In my role as Business Development Director, I drive sales for secure customer communications products by designing technology and communication management solutions for the healthcare, insurance, and financial services markets. Working with companies, I aim to align technical infrastructure with business process workflow to enable customer communications. I excitedly dove into the Director role at Venture Solutions, creating and leading a remote team of pre-sales consultants, solution architects, and project managers in facilitating implementations to increase growth and market share. 🔹 I took charge of a $184M business unit, leading demonstrations and customer relationship building while supporting technical design and implementation. 🔹 I steered aggressive growth strategies across multiple markets, including healthcare, insurance, and financial services.🔹 I collaborated with senior leadership on multiple company onboardings while supporting pre-sales for critical sales opportunities.

I was enthused to be hand-selected to deliver an enterprise-level print manufacturing resource planning tool and web-to-print product to the market. I implemented an approach to managing the systems development lifecycle and a cross-functional team. Bolstering my knowledge of print manufacturing and communication channels, I provided strategic and impactful client recommendations.

I took on the responsibility of designing, implementing, and managing IT system functions within the supply chain, meeting customer and operational requirements while developing new technical solutions. I rolled out newly defined processes and integrated all current and legacy enterprise systems, including Business Management, Enterprise Service Management, Operations Management, and Application Development. My implementations reduced inventory inefficiencies, order entry errors, and spoilage.

After joining the WorkflowOne team, I led the implementation of Oracle Purchasing and iProcurement throughout the United States and Canada. I managed a team of 7 technical and business resources throughout the implementation, creating a standard purchasing system for improved control and cost monitoring and capturing $400K in annual savings.

Initially brought on to fulfill an infrastructure support role, I later advanced to a Business Systems Analyst role, evaluating automotive retailing technology and ERP solutions for car dealers and automakers in Europe and North America.
