Customer Success Manager
Current- Build and maintain strong relationships with Spotify's advertisers and agency partners;- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and interactions throughout sales and campaign lifecycles;-Handle RFP responses and develop media planning strategies across multiple buying channels;-Participate in regular client meetings for campaign preparation, launch, optimization, and reporting to enhance client engagement;- Collaborate with internal teams to structure campaigns for success, aligning on metrics and desired outcomes;- Oversee all aspects of campaign setup, including creative production, spec reviews, and asset management; - Track campaign performance, make optimizations, and adjust media plans as needed to achieve client goals;- Use campaign insights to identify and pitch additional growth opportunities for client partnerships;- Act as a product expert, educating clients on Spotify’s offerings and advising on best practices and tailored strategies;- Analyze and present campaign data, offering actionable insights and storytelling for effective client communication;- Lead post-campaign analysis, providing recommendations for future campaigns and driving repeat business.- Ensure accurate billing by coordinating cross-functionally on invoicing and revisions.
