• Generation of monthly tax invoices for Tenants (approx. 60 profiles)• Analysis of leases and sales performance results.• Monitor and if required correct allocations to the department P&L statement, balance sheet, etc • Preparation of the quarterly turnover rental adjustments and reconciling annual rentals against audited annual turnover.• Preparation of monthly forecast of Tenant’ sales for Finance.• Reporting and monitoring of tenancy rentals and other charges.• Rendering/processing accounts receivable in accordance with leases, providing accounts receivable support services to Tenants and maintaining accounts payable records• Regularly monitor Tenant’s credit control including direct Credit payments; the production of Daily Arrears, monthly charges, monthly arrears report and overdue account correspondence• Analyze and monitor loyalty program activity within tenancy by implementing anti-fraud processes and maintenance of business units’ loyalty program customers. • Administration of leases and their relevant clauses by maintaining and updating the tenancy schedule in accordance to the Lease agreements.• Maintenance of property database (Progenesis) and tenancy schedule on a regular basis to ensure Tenant information is accurate and updated in a timely and efficient manner.• Monitoring turnover results, including preparation, distribution, collation of Monthly Turnover Sales Statement.• Monitoring compliance on required Tenant Insurance Policies by ensuring all Tenants have an up to date policy and that all Tenants who are obliged to pursuant to their Lease agreement, have an up to date Bank Guarantee.• Collation and preparation Legal Documentation.• Liaising with Tenants for compliance training.• Maintenance Tenants contact database.• Maintenance of departments’ hard/soft copy of records.• Monthly preparation of Tenants’ Newsletter.• Assist with application and maintenance of Tenant ID process.
