Responsible for leading team of sales and event managers and growing group dining sales across seven Parasole Restaurants. Facilitated and implemented formal group dining strategy, recruited, trained and implemented new sales associates. Developed and managed 40,000 member loyalty program, the Parasole Dining Club. Responsible for direct email marketing campaigns, social media presence, and key account management.
